Welcome to Zalopus™. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Zalopus website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using Zalopus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Zalopus

Zalopus is a technology platform that connects:

Zalopus does not prepare food and is not a restaurant. Food quality, preparation, and ingredients are the responsibility of the partner restaurant.

2. Eligibility

To use Zalopus, you must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, all activities under your account, and providing correct contact and address details. Zalopus is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized account use.

4. Orders and Delivery

By placing an order, you agree that:

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are determined by partner restaurants. Additional charges may apply, including delivery charges, rain surcharge, and platform fees (if applicable). All charges will be shown before order confirmation. Payments can be made via UPI, online payment methods, or Cash on Delivery (if available).

6. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refunds are subject to Zalopus Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases. Zalopus reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Zalopus, including the logo, name, app, website, and design, are owned by Zalopus. You may not copy or use without permission.

9. Platform Availability

Zalopus provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zalopus is not liable for food quality issues, restaurant preparation issues, delivery delays due to traffic or weather, or losses due to incorrect address. Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

11. Account Suspension

Zalopus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, or refuse service if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

12. Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using Zalopus, you agree to data collection and usage.

13. Changes to Terms

Zalopus may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on www.zalopus.com. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
