Account Deletion Policy

1. Delete Account via Mobile App

Users can delete their account directly from the Zalopus mobile app.

Steps:

1. Open Zalopus App
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.

2. Delete Account via Email Request

You can also request account deletion by sending an email to: [email protected]

Please include:

• Registered mobile number
• Registered email address

Account deletion and data removal will be completed within 30 days.

All your personal data including name, phone number, email, address, and order history will be permanently deleted from Zalopus servers.

3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

• Your personal information will be permanently deleted.
• Your profile, addresses, and login access will be removed.
• You will not be able to recover your account.

4. Data Retention

Zalopus may retain limited information if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, tax and financial reporting, or dispute resolution. This retained data will not be used for marketing.

5. Deletion Processing Time

Account deletion is completed within 3 to 5 business days.
